This time next week I will be unpacking my stuff in a hotel in The Philippines. It’s been too long since I last set foot over there (9 months to the day as I write this). It’s strange to feel so comfortable in a place 7000 miles from home but so many things about the place just click with me. I’m not going to start listing them as I am bound to leave something out or make one seem more important than the others. This time around I will be sampling a white beach and i’ve lined up more activities so that I don’t spend 99% of my time in a mall. 

Before boarding the plane I have my plate full. In my wisdom I decided to redecorate my hallway at home which turned out to be a much bigger task than I anticipated and right now I need to apply a 3rd coat of paint to the walls before clearing everything up.  Then the weekend will be spent with family.  Tuesday evening will be a Meatloaf concert as long as his health holds up, then it’s up to catch the redeye the following morning to London for a few days of training all before catching my first flight to South East Asia.

All in all, I’ve a packed week ahead of me and I just wanted to share.
